The sounds flood through the canals and the sting of iron washes over my tongue.
The doldrums thunder and my teeth begin to vibrate. I can taste the static in the air.
My vision has tunneled with caked on dust. The train is coming from all directions and it’s headed straight for you.
Bees are buzzing just below the surface of flesh. Static electricity jolts the hair to a saluting position waving passerby’s on their way.
Limbs aches with the intense flood of adrenaline. Bursts of superhuman sensation are spent in second, a sad waste of human potential.
Keep it together. It was just a car alarm sounding off in the distance.
